About Our Association

 

We were started in 1981 and we are operated by our HOA with an elected board of 7 owners to administer the rules and regulations.  Our HOA collects the Maintenance Fees and works with the Board of Directors to see that everything on the property is properly maintained and promoted.  

 

We are affliated with RCI and owners have the opportunity to join RCI Points and/or Weeks.  DAELive is another exchange compnay that owners utilize.
